It was called to be a rainy day for a Saint Joseph Cold Spring Kentucky Wedding. Not going to lie, we were certain we needed to make back up plans because we were positive it would be a rainy day. As Emily and her bridesmaids got ready it continued to rain, but lo and behold as soon as it was time to take Emily's bridal portraits it stopped raining, and it never came back! My personal favorite thing that happened at the wedding was Emily and Eric's first look. The raw emotion was felt and it was such a beautiful moment to witness. Their ceremony at Saint Joseph Cold Spring, Kentucky was lovely, all the way down to the priest that married them spoke of letters they wrote to each other which were so sweet and funny. These two are meant for each other and no doubt will have a wonderful life and family together. They were surrounded by so much love and such a tight knit group of friends. They even had traditional dances with families and friends. Let's just say they knew how to party and their ceremony was nothing short of getting crazy on the dance floor. It was a joy to be apart of. Thank you Emily + Eric for allowing me to capture such a perfect wedding day!
Emily's veil was super special because it was actually her sister's veil from her wedding in 2008. Her aunt cut it short and remade it for her.
Leaf + Petal was where she got her beautiful flowers. Her aunt Sally Kaufman who owns the shop made sure they were perfect for her nieces day.
We were able to take some photos at the Central Campbell County Fire House right near the church. Eric is a fireman there :)
