Sarah and Zak have that easy kind of love. The kind where casual nights and board games make it complete. When they went on their first date Zak planned the entire evening out by planning on taking her to a football game after their dinner. The two ended up chatting so much at the restaurant that they ended up missing the game.
They are planning their beautiful wedding at The Madison in Covington in January of 2017! For the engagement session, Sarah really wanted to incorporate train tracks. For good reason! Zak is a conductor with B+O union and employed with CSX. His employment is a huge part of their lifestyle, as he was gone for a long while for training. I don't use train tracks for just anyone and do not suggest them, however we were extra careful to be sure not to go on the tracks themselves, and we knew inside details due to Zak being a worker for the trains! **thought I would add the friendly disclaimer before anyone got upset** :)
When Sarah mentioned the train tracks, their story, etc. I knew which direction to take their engagement session. With the help of Sarah knowing of the awesome location of Punkyville in Falmouth Kentucky. We were able to bring these images to life. I have to mention that Sarah's mink coat she has on in the images was her grandmothers. Her grandmother had impeccable style, and the coat brought some extra vintage, love, and gorgeousness to the images. (Can you tell I LOVE when clients bring heirlooms or special items to their engagement sessions?)
